Thanks to its central location in the Cologne inner-city district, the MediaPark offers excellent transport connections. The 154-metre-high KölnTurm (Cologne Tower) is an unmistakable landmark for visitors coming from any direction. The connections by public transport are very convenient.
Due to its proximity to the A 1, A 3, A 4 and A 57 motorways, the MediaPark can also very easily be reached by car. Motorists exit the “Autobahn” just close to the MediaPark and can use one of the 2,500 underground parking spaces.
Please note: the MediaPark is located in Cologne’s Low Emission Zone; this means that only vehicles in emissions groups 3 and 4 that bear the respective stickers may drive into the city centre. For further information see:

HOW TO GET THERE
… by public transportation
You can reach the MediaPark easily by using the public transportation network of the Transportation Network Rhein-Sieg (VRS) and the Cologne Transportation Services (KVB).
Urban commuter train system (S-Bahn):
From Cologne Central Train Station, take the S6 towards Köln-Nippes, S11 towards Düsseldorf or S12 and S13 towards Hansaring. Exit at the stop Hansaring.
Direct S-Bahn connection between the Cologne-Bonn Airport and Hansaring (S13)
Underground (U-Bahn):
From Cologne Central Station: Line 5, 16, 18 to the stop “Ebertplatz”; change to line 12 or 15 in the direction of Ringe. Exit at the stop Christophstraße/MediaPark.

MediaPark can be easily reached from motorways (Autobahn) A 1, A 3, A 4 und A 57. Just follow the signs to “Köln- Zentrum“ and then towards MediaPark.
Driving directions coming
from the north:
A57/Neuss towards Köln-Zentrum (Cologne city centre); at the end of the motorway move to the middle lane and follow it until the traffic lights – exit: “Köln-Zentrum”, direction MediaPark.
Just behind the railway bridge turn left into the tunnel towards Ringstrasse MediaPark where all the underground parking garages (Parkhaus Zentral – PZ) are located.
A3/Oberhausen until Kreuz Leverkusen, onto A1 towards Euskirchen/Koblenz until Kreuz Köln-Nord, then onto A57 towards Köln-Zentrum – further, see A57/Neuss.
A1/Dortmund until Kreuz Köln-Nord, onto A57 towards Köln-Zentrum – further, see A57/Neuss.
from the east:
A4/Olpe until Kreuz Köln-Ost, then towards Zoobrücke/Köln-Zentrum.
Make a U-turn at the first traffic lights after the television tower.
Turn right into the next street and after the traffic lights turn left into the tunnel towards Ringstrasse MediaPark with all parking garages
from the south:
A1/Euskirchen/Koblenz until Kreuz Köln-Nord, then onto A57 towards Köln-Zentrum – further, see A57/Neuss.
A3/Frankfurt until Kreuz Köln-Ost – further, see A4/Olpe.
A59/Flughafen/Köln/Bonn until Dreieck Heumar, onto A3 until Kreuz Köln-Ost – further, see A4/Olpe.
from the west:
A4/Aachen until Kreuz Köln-West, then onto A1 towards Wuppertal/Dortmund until Kreuz Köln-Nord, then onto A57 towards Köln-Zentrum – further instructions A57/Neuss.
Caution!: The access to the central underground parking garage MediaPark (Parkhaus Zentral – PZ) from Hansaring is only possible for cars of a maximum height of 2m; cars with a height over 2m have to use the access from Gladbacher Straße.
If you use a navigation system, enter the following address: “Maybachstraße 10” and then follow the parking garage signs MediaPark (PZ).
… with lorries, busses (or cars with more than 2m height)
up until to a total length of 10 meters and a height of 3.80 meters or car with height above 2m.
The underground Ringstrasse MediaPark is only accessible for lorries / bus via the central access in Gladbacher Strasse (see directions above.
PARKING:There are 2.500 parking slots available in the central underground parking garage MediaPark (PZ).The access is possible from the street „Am Kümpchenshof“ (next to the Cinedom) or from „Erftstraße“. Just follow the signs PZ (Parkhaus Zentral). Furthermore, each building has its own underground garage which is also accessible from both entrances of the underground ring road (Ringstraße). Use any stairwell or elevator in order to reach the central plaza.
